They have a bulk section with nuts, oats, seeds, snack and spices. The juice bar serves up tasty drinks and soups. There is a alkaline water refill station available too. Be sure to check out their special events which they bring in great food trucks and vendors.

First time here and I am a die hard Vegan and the Vegan Broccoli Potatoe Soup was Amazing. Great selection of other foods and products. Excellent!

This is an excellent shoppe with a wide selection of non-gmo and organic foods. They special ordered 1 lb packs of Beyond Meat for me, inspiring me to make homemade vegan spaghetti sauce and it was awesomely yummy. Now I want to make goulash and shepherd''s pie with it. I am sure they can get some for you too if you ask. This store has very friendly service too :)

Just ‘moved to Tavares about 3 months ago and I was looking for a place that had a good healthy juice bar and this was the right spot that I found in Mount Dora,as I was working decided to take a quick break and stop by and order a energy fuel smoothie, and wow it was amazing. It was so delicious and just everything about it made it amazing. The staff was friendly and customer service was 100%. I would highly recommend this place and will stop by again.
