Lake Harris Hide A Way

Good music, male singer had a very wide range of songs to sing along to and dance to. Mixed crowd of bikers and good time people. Good food and drink. You can sit out on a covered deck with a blowing a mist down on you. A lake setting where you walk out on the piers and can view the alligators

I really like this place, but you need patience. The food is average and the service can be slow. However, this place is a favorite hole in the wall, hidden gem of you like a laid back old Florida vibe.

Great destination! Live music. Good food. Nice seating outside but under beautiful cypress shaded trees along the dock. New building looks great. Cant wait for that to be open.

We stopped on a early Friday afternoon and the place was fairly quiet. We sat down at a secluded table and waited for the waitress. She was busy bussing another table when she acknowledged us with what I think was a bit of attitude. Much to my surprise she could not have been more pleasant. She took our drink order , returned quite and took our lunch order. Food was great. She even brought my service dog water with ice. How nice was that. We will always come back and enjoy the Hideaway.
