Courthouse Subs & Pub

We like the food but you need to hire more help! The servers are running around like crazy ... and it’s not their fault. Tonight we have no silverware, no catsup & several people waited more than an hour for their food ... even cold items! This is ridiculous.

Food was good, service was just ok. They need to train the servers how to use the pos system. Had issues splitting checks and took forever to get cashed out.

Forgot to get coffee on my way back to the courthouse after lunch. I didn't have enough time to venture for coffee so I figured I'd try my luck across the street. I called ahead to check if they had any and the gentleman on the phone offered to get it ready for me. Sure enough, I came in and he took a brief walk to the kitchen after greeting me and returned with a cup of the caffeinated goodness. Very prompt, courteous and helpful.

Next time I'm up here, I'll be sure to stop in for lunch. Customer service alone is enough to earn this place 5 stars in my book. I wish I would have gotten his name. It was a gentleman with short dark hair and a lovely tan complexion.
