Outback Steakhouse

Great experience tonight! We came in to the Outback in the Villages FL 2 months ago because we had a gift certificate. Well it was so wonderful that we came back tonight because we were just craving a great filet. The food was amazing but I have to say that our experience at the bar was even better. We love to sit at the bar to eat for the service and socializing. The ladies on staff behind the bar made it so enjoyable for us.... Kayla and Kayley! So sweet and smiley. We even had a nice chat with the manager Marsha and told her how much we enjoyed it there. Keep up the Great job at your location! We will be back every time we visit the villages.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Had lobster, crab cakes and grilled shrimp. Best outback I've been to yet.

Staff nice, however. My husband and I came for lunch. I ordered the baked potato soup. It was slightly warm. I decided it was sort of nice not to have to blow on each spoon full. Until, i bite into cold potatoes.Just as i finished i heard the table behind us order soups and salad too. Theirs also was cold, elderly lady sent the soup back. The manager came right out to address it. Right away. We just stayed quiet. But, then the chicken quesadilla we ordered to share came to the table. It was laying in a pool of orange colored oil. My husband had to dab his pieces on paper towel that came out under my soup bowl. Staff is very nice. However either the kitchen staff or cooks. May need retrained or equipment services.

We ate at Outback Steakhouse last night. Despite it being a busy night due to it being Valentine's Day the staff was courteous although a bit slow to start. They quickly made up for it keeping our drinks full bread on the table and our food orders correct. Also last night was one of the best steaks I've had from Outback in a long time compliments to the chef and the wait staff. I do plan on coming back to the Villages Outback again because of their quality of service.
