    My husband and I truly enjoy fresh fit
    The food is very fresh and delicious.
    The service is first class, any questions will be answered within minutes. We are enjoying the food now for about 7 weeks and never had a meal we did not like!
    Thank you for making my life much easier
    after coming home from the hospital/rehab

    Fresh Fit Foods was a life saver for me & my family when we went on vacation leaving my 85 year old dad to figure out his daily meals. The Fresh Fit Foods meals are fantastic-delicious, healthy, and filling. Anyone looking for meals that are convenient, fresh, & easy(they deliver to your door & are ready to heat and eat.), delicious(the menus are awesome and the food choices are great!) get in touch with Chad who will customize whatever you need. You will not find a more helpful and caring business owner in Naples!! Thank you Chad & your staff for making my vacation more relaxing knowing my dad was getting your awesome meals!! We will definitely be using Fresh Fit Foods again!

    Been receiving the lunch meals for almost 5 years now and love it. I don't cook much & dine socially, so these come in so handy. I love them because they are fresh & nutritious. Chad is easy to work with when I go on vacation, or I have special needs. They make life easy!

    There food is AMAZINGG! I honestly can’t wait to eat my lunch and or dinner. They work well with you in finding the best pickup location. The prices are great as well especially with the quality of food you receive! Overall, great company! great food! Great customer service!

    Great food and great service. I first started using Fresh Fit Foods throughout grad school when I had little time to cook. Even after graduation, I still choose these meals! The meals are healthy, taste great and are affordable. Chad always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and always responds to email quickly. Thanks Chad!
