I was having a hard time cutting some hard maple with my Freud glueline blade. I'd cleaned it and it felt sharp to me... after checking the freud side and several forums I found Family Hardware. After several e-mail questions they send me a prepaid shipping label that would cover unto 5 blades. This is the first time I have sent blades out to be resharpened, in the past I simply buy a new blade. I was kept informed of the progress at every step of the process. in less than 2 weeks my blades were returned. the teeth coated in a protective 'gel' One of the blades was not repaired as they were too many teeth that would have needed to be reground. It was good to know that Family Hardware would not have simply re-ground the blade, but indicated that this blade was not economical to repair. I will definitely use Family Hardware again! I highly recommend them for your saw sharpening needs.
