A truly up-scale Dim Sum and entree Chinese gem of a restaurant. Courteous and professional service and a menu that will please any discerning palate of Northern Chinese cuisine. Beautifully designed and decorated as well. A true jewel box of a restaurant. First tier dining.

I have been to China many times and I have to say that The Ginger Bistro has the BEST Chinese food outside of China that I have had, anywhere! The Peking Duck is pretty close to the Peking Duck I had in Beijing. Should be called YumYum Duck.

Went to try the dim sum. It was excellent. Some of the best dim sum since having it in Hong Kong. Be aware that dim sum is only served until 3 pm even on weekends. Service was great. Prices are reasonable. Next time will be having the Peking duck which is also on the menu.

Yummy! Nice quiet restaurant. Clean comfortable seating. Our wait staff was great! She made sure my seafood allergy was taken care of in the kitchen before serving to me. Definitely recommend trying before the secret gets out and it becomes super busy!

I was a bit surprised upon reading the mixed reviews of this restaurant - although in a business mall environment, upon arriving we immediately noticed the nicely decorated space and comfortable seating. We simply ordered a sampler dumpling starter to get a variety of tastes to accompany our drinks. The Dim Sum was wonderful! The various flavors in the platter was imaginatively presented - delightful! Then the egg rolls and soup were an equally savory course. The main courses were all perfectly prepared and more than satisfied our expectations. Jori was particularly attentive - we own a destination venue in Wisconsin and were thoroughly impressed with service and food - the whole experience. We will return to The Ginger Bistro Cape Coral upon our next visit and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Cape Coral!
