I never have any complaints when I come here. I still don't. Customer service is top notch. The food is phenomenal... those grain bowls... out of this world! A+ in my book!
I went into the brand new one in Cape Coral seven times now. The place is beautiful. The breads are good and flavorful there is a pretty nice selection but yet the place remains empty. The lady running the register is really not a warm and fuzzy person and if you ask me is not the person to be the face of the business. She's not friendly she's not terribly helpful and if you ask me does more harm than good.
It's kind of weird when you order a bagel with butter they just throw a bagel in the bag and you have to go find your own butter but nobody tells you that. I had two choices for my eggs on a bagel was scrambled or sunny-side up. When I questioned The Sunny Side Up can I get over medium I was abruptly told no by the cashier buy choices were scrambled and sunny side up. It was obvious to me that they don't really cook those eggs on a grill in the store. What a shame.
They make this beautiful place they have all of this appetizing stuff, it's a pretty big breakfast type of place I don't understand why they do such a poor job of it.
When I'm the only person in line I still have to wait for someone to take my order and then wait for the food. The service is very slow. If they would get their act together this place has real potential and could be packed every day.
My absolute favorite lunch spot. Perfect soups. Perfect teas is why I go. 3 days a week even. They offer rewards for free stuff too!
I needed soup! Panera was close to home. So I sent my husband to pick up an order of 3 different kinds. I also got chicken salad. The soups we're good. They needed a little more seasoning. I asked if the chicken salad was the "blended well kind". I can only have soft foods right now. The waitress promised it wouldn't have any large pieces. Guess what?? I couldn't eat it because the pieces were too big! It also needed a lot more flavor. It was a disappointing experience. My opinion is they make all their food bland to accommodate everyone. No more Panera Bread for me!????
