    They rarely get the order correct. Didn't ask if I wanted plain or spicy. Told them at the window I wanted spicy. Got plain anyway!!!

    Since I originally rated this we have had 4 miserable experiences there. Twice we went to eat in only to find that the dinning room was closed because of staffing issues then had a 19 minute wait for a 5 piece strip meal. This last week we ordered a a 12 strip box and there was very little meat. All breading. I still love Popeyes chicken but it is worth the drive to go to the bad neighborhood of North Fort Myers to get much better service and food quality.

    My family and I went to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for dinner. We all got the $10 bigger box. For $10 I was actually satisfied. This almost never happens. I would have given them five stars but they did not have the delicious apple pies. Instead they substituted with a large sodas which I had no problem with. The chicken was absolutely delicious. So where the red beans and rice oh hell it was all delicious.

    I had a coupon for 10 pieces, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. The order was accurate and fast. The chicken was hot, crispy and juicy. My sides were mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was a little thick and dry, usually it's very creamy, so I was a bit disappointed about that. Other than that, the meal was good.
