Siam Hut

This place is amazing. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is really nice. They also have cool napkin designs. Their food is very good and reasonably priced. I recommend their pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, and their Thai Salad. Their wonton soup isn't bad either.

The Thai menu has a heavy Chinese influence, though, with the amalgamation of vegetables in each dish, and the portions, given how little chicken or shrimp are included, are a little small by American standards. Basically, this is Chinese food with curry paste, coconut milk and fish sauce instead of chicken stock, msg and cornstarch. Nice presentation, and a good break from American fare, though.

The food here was very good. I had panang curry with chicken. The taste was so good. We were also served soup and salad before our meal and they were very good as well

There's a warmth in this restaurant I don't find in the other area Thai restaurants. I love the food, the wait staff is quietly efficient. All good here.

Not only is the food delicious and plentiful, the presentation is lovely. Family owned and operated, I believe they have been in business here for 30+ years. The interior is cozy and could be considered romantic. Last time we went was at the tail end of snow bird season. We arrived shortly after they opened on a week day. As we enjoyed ourselves, there was a steady stream of customers entering and seated during our 2 1/2 hour visit. We are going again tonight!!
