Sicily Trattoria

Good , but disappointed NOT military friendly. Saturday evening atmosphere smooth and quiet. Cape Coral has so many other Italian restaurants that are so much better. I guess it was ok for a one time experience.

Excellent ricotta gnocchi and meatball calzone. The aroma of food cooking was amazing and the food itself was terrific. We will be back for sure.

It's the ingredients and skill in the kitchen that makes such a difference in Italian cuisine for me. The food here is full of flavor without relying on too much of a good thing. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese, spiced just right, not at all greasy. Wonderful pizza crust, thin and a little crispy on the bottom but tender, hand tossed with maybe a tiny bit of cornmeal on the bottom like old school Italian family home cooking. Friendly, casual place with a subdued atmosphere and happy diners. We've tried a lot of the Italian places locally and this has fast become a favorite. My spouse grew up in an Italian family where food was one of the most important parts of life - she won't even touch mediocre Italian food, but she loves Sicily Trattoria. High praise from someone with world class cooks and a couple of restaurants in the family.

This place is just awesome! Authentic as you can get here in the states. Affordable and delicious. My new favorite restaraunt...

Have been trying to get in there to eat for quite a while and we finally made it. We loved the pizza and the staff was as friendly as we were told. Really nice atmosphere, well organized and spotless restrooms. Everyone else there seemed to know what we just realized... Sicily Trattoria is a great place to dine.
Basic beer menu and really nice wine selection and they even have a wine bar (see pics). The pizza was fantastic and the menu looks amazing so we will definitely be revisiting and working our way though it. We happened to run in to some old friends who were also there for their first time and they loved it as much as we did. See you guys again... soon!
