    This Starbucks store has always been a generous donor to the Cape Coral Animal Shelter. Anytime I have gone to the manager, Kristen, with a request for the shelter she has gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She donated 2 carafes of coffee for our Walk, Wiggle, Wag and Run event and donated several bags of coffee and mugs for a basket to be auctioned off at our Online Auction. They are so friendly and the service is superb!! It's my go-to store anytime I crave a Starbucks drink!!

    Wow just had the most AMAZING experience with the manager at a Starbucks off del prado her name is Katherine and when I tell you she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and not only that she did it with a smile . I will forever go out of my way to go to this Starbucks! This is how things are done ! Bravo to the manager Katherine at that store doing all she can to keep everyone happy!
