(February 14, 2023, 6:27 pm)Wow just had the most AMAZING experience with the manager at a Starbucks off del prado her name is Katherine and when I tell you she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and not only that she did it with a smile . I will forever go out of my way to go to this Starbucks! This is how things are done ! Bravo to the manager Katherine at that store doing all she can to keep everyone happy!
