(July 24, 2019, 12:05 am)I have mixed feelings about Marsala’s. The food is good - your typical heavy Italian comfort food with big portions and served with Italian bread. The service is never good. Not terrible, but never really worth the tip I always leave anyway. For takeout, the bartender has more than once taken a good 7 minutes (yes I checked my watch) to finish his conversation with another guest - last time about sports, before ringing me up and giving me my pizza that was just sitting there. Table service is ok, but know to ask for any additions like pepper or cheese and plates for appetizers. So comfort food, comfort casual atmosphere, friendly but not very hospitable. If that’s what you are looking for, this is the place.

(June 13, 2019, 2:39 am)While visiting family in Naples, we came here for dinner since it has quickly become these NJ transplants favorite place and they know great Italian food. Everything ordered was delicious! Wonderful ambience, hospitality and service. A great place for a wonderful Italian dinner!
