4 stars because the food is good. Minus one star because they're a little pricey in my opinion.

This Panera in Coconut Point is excellent. It’s definitely the cleanest and most well run in the area. The manager, Mo is so professional and hospitable. He treats all of the clients in such a kind and friendly manner and is an excellent representative. Even though I live 1 mile from Gulf Coast I come to this location instead. He is very encouraging and polite to his staff as well

Breakfast was AMAZING! Walking through the door my husband and I were greeted by smiling faces behind the counter and a beautiful display of fresh delicious pastries, breads and bagels. Our over all experience id have to give them a 10 star rating!!! While we were enjoying our delightful breakfast we were approached by the manager Jessica whom asked us about our food and experience, ensuring we were satisfied. She was an absolute delight. A very pleasant person to have a conversation with. This was our first time to this location and our experience was amazing. We will definitely be back!

I love this place. As far as food their soups especially broccoli cheese are delicious. Their cookies and bagels are great. The only downfall I had was the staff was not very outgoing. I was standing at the counter and the girl was standing there and I had to start the conversation that I wanted to order. There was no how can I help you.
