Pollo Tropical

This pollo tropical is just ok. The issue I’ve had is that almost every time I order something , there’s an item missing. The food is tasty but if I hadn’t been careful to check my orders, something would had been out of my order when I had paid for it.

Service is quick. Love the grilled chicken and plantains. The only problems with the plantains is that sometimes they are burnt and overcooked, its hit or miss. Also very rare but you might find a leaf in the black beans, dont freak out it's the bay leaf that gives the black beans taste.

The food was delicious, my son got the crispy chicken kids meal and loved the rice. They were a bit slower than usual but I went in after 9:30 and it was worth the 15 minutes. My meal was delicious and the price is fair. The dining room is well lit and kept very clean, with plenty of booths with room for a family.

Delicious chicken and pork. The new sliders are really good too. Don't ever forget to use the cilantro garlic sauce! The place is clean and pretty spacious. It did seem like they were a little under staffed the last time we went. It was still fast and delicious though.
