The hotdogs were very good but the Philly cheese steak was awesome and the kids loved the chicken fingers! Seating is all outside which is great in good weather so plan your trips accordingly. Definitely worth trying them out.
If you're looking for a quick bite for lunch, check here. The daily special today listed Beyond Burgers for those who love them. The Cuban was delicious and very generous with the meat. The fries are seasoned well and good too.
Best Cuban sandwich I have EVER had in America. What a treat!!!! It's handmade and HUGE. Highly recommend the Chicago Dog too. Hand-cut fries to top it off. Go there hungry, you won't be disappointed. Very friedly and accommodating staff. Josh & Dwight are two of the best guys in the business. They actually put love into every single freshly cooked order. You will be back to visit this little gem.
Second time there. Met the owner Jason who made the best Cuban sandwich. Very personable guy. Their sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced. The lemonade is fresh squeezed. Worth it!
The first time I went to the Doghouse, they were out of Cuban sandwiches so I got the Reuben. It was a great sandwich.
The place is on a great location to people watch while enjoying some good eats. The staff is really chill and like to converse.
Definitely go there!
Just ate here...literally...just. I got the Cuban, wife got the Philly, kids had burgers and chicken tenders. This was recommended to us by one of the parasail boat captains on the island. I simply asked for a good place that even the locals go. He referred to the Doghouse Cuban as “a man sandwich.” He was right. Just watching the guy prepare our food, I knew it would be good. This is just a small spot on the side of the road, but the flavor was anything but. The Smokey meat, with the crunch of the pickle, along with the tang of the mustard...delicious. The fries fried like a carnival stand. The bread, toasted, steamed or grilled. I just gained weight writing this review.
