Beacon Social Drinkery

So pleased to find this gem! Beautiful view, amazing service, fantastic food! Our waiter Jeremy was attentive, yet not intrusive. Wonderful conversation and recommendations. Matthew the GM was pleasant and professional, engaging and passionate about the Beacon. All the staff was wonderful, and the customer service was as outstanding as the view! So happy we found this place and will keep coming back for more!!

The Beacon Social Drinkery atop the Luminary Hotel was delightful. The views from the 12th floor of the Caloosahatchee River and the River District were awesome. Check in downstairs to reserve seating. Our 30 minute wait to ride the elevator (which turned out to be 15 minutes) was just fine. The hotel lobby bar and lobby seating is very pleasant. Once upstairs, the wait staff, especially ours were great. Thank you Madison! Drinks, although they took a little time, were quite good - especially the specialty drinks). The appetizers were phenomenal, especially the Shrimp Sliders. Plan to spend some time in the very comfortable outdoor seating if you can - you will not be rushed along! Enjoy.

Amazing view & atmosphere. Get here for sunset, but plan to arrive early. Our server Misa went out of her way to please us!!

My only suggestion/criticism would be that while the restaurant downstairs has an absolutely AMAZING and huge wine list, the rooftop has a teeny tiny selection of “Grocery store” wines.(5 reds I think?)
Can you please consider sharing the list upstairs? I’d gladly pay really good money, for really good wine!! It’s only an elevator ride away!
