Burger King

The cook line was very slow. The cashier was great! The rest of the time I was playing Ninja and Rescue Bots Live in Action with my 5 year old after school and on my lunch break, before I tackled my next round of tasks!

9/2/19 at 4004 Cleveland Ave location approximately at 9am. GREAT experience. I went through the drive thru and was greeted professionally. While navigating the menu the young lady was very helpful!! When I pulled to the window I requested to add one more item and she without hesitation made sure the item was added. For quick service restaurant I had a very pleasant experience today! For the young lady working the drive thru thank you for being patient with me and giving excellent service! Made my morning!

I don't eat Burger King often, but was in the mood for it. This store is clean and the staff is friendly. I came in right at noon and they were busy as you can imagine. I went inside and ordered my food to go. The only thing is they didn't put the cheese on my original chicken sandwich like i ordered. I heard the guy in the back say that "it doesn't come up back here like that". So it may be a monitor issue or an I.T. issue. Anyway they made it right quickly and the food was great and still hot after i returned to work. I told the lady that handed me my food, to try and have a good day. I could tell she was trying her best to keep the orders flowing out to the customers and deal with the frustrations of things coming out wrong. God bless her, i couldn't do her job.

First time I've visited since the remodel. And, wow, what a difference! Nice decor inside; the food was hot fresh, juicy & delicious. The best BK food I've ever had. Keep up the good work!
