This place is in direct competition with firehouse for the best sandwich. Both are awesome.

Wonderful customer service. I always get the same thing and wanted to try something different this visit. I went with an employee recommendation and didn't really like it when asked. Person behind counter heard and immediately brought me a coupon for a free regular sandwich on next visit. Just the best service I've received in a long time. Thanks

I went into your store today to get lunch for myself and my mother. Kathryn served me. She immediately started conversation with me, asking what i was up to today. I told her i was from Charleston SC and ws here bc my mother was in the hospital. She asked what was wrong with my mom and i explained everything to her. She was very nice. I walked to the fountain machine to get my drink and turned to pick up my sandwiches and leave. She told me she hopes things get better for my mom, i thanked her and walked out the store. Arriving back at the hospital, i pulled my mom's sandwich out of the bag and she had written on her bag, feel better with a smiley face. She's doesn't know how much those 2 little words affected me. This is what fast food workers should be like. You have an amazing worker and she definitely could use some recognition for it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kathryn. I am in a bad place emotionally and you turned my day around!!! We need a lot more people like you!!

Better than sub way by a mile .must say been to 3 different stores. The best was in port charrlet, the 2 I went to here Fort Myers were kinda skimpy for a 6 inch to be over 8 bucks better be full! no I do not want it mikes way!!!! I want it my way lol

Rookie; will be back. I was in the UPS next door and asked for a suggestion for lunch and they suggested Jersey Mike's. I had never gone to one before, but I like to try new places so over I went to get a sandwich to go. From the moment I walked in until I walked out every staff member was welcoming, friendly and polite. I had planned to save half of my #17 for later, but it's too good to save. Excellent experience. I will be signing up and will be back. Thanks again for the cookie, it was delicious!!
