Rajiv was the coolest, hippest dude I’ve ever met. He delivered a pizza to a coworker and I at Pelican’s Snoballs and changed our day completely. Customer service and attention to detail was 100%, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything tasted. 10/10 will be ordering from Jets again, and DEFINITELY will ask for Rajiv! I work for Comcast and whenever we have events, I always tell my coworker to make sure it is Jets for our customers. This pizza is the best in town. I love the thick square fully loaded cheese pizza. Taste so good!
Pizza is excellent. This location really needs to work on their time estimates though. Delivery is never within the estimated time. My experience shows they are usually late 15 to 20 minutes. This time I figured I would order on line and pick up in store. Ordered and received a ready time of twenty minutes. Did my running around, got to the store in 21 minutes and was told it would be about 10 more minutes. I finally got my pizza 22 minutes after I that. 43 minutes for a 20 minute estimate. Don't get me wrong the pizza is great, just don't rely on their time estimates.
Love the pizza here. One of my favorite "franchise" pizzerias. I'm not typically a deep dish pizza person but I love the Detroit style they make here. If you've never had ot, it's definitely worth it.
Haven't had great Detroit style pizza since moving down here. Jet's was one of my favorites back home. So glad they are here in Ft. Myers now ????
