Had the “Bar Harbor” Lobster Roll. It was perfect. Fresh and hot. Had a cup of New England Clam Chowder as well and that was also spot on. Met one of the owners and she was friendly as could be. I have had rolls all over New England and these are right on point with them. I will return.

I work next door and I come in frequently.. everyone is very kind and their food is really good! If you get lobster bisque I would totally suggest to add an ounce or two or lobster to it to make it even better. The lobster rolls are really good but if you asked for the lobster meat warmed it’s pretty good too! Totally worth your money and time, and they’re super quick! Managers are very friendly too!

Had the “Connecticut” Lobster Roll with fries and it was excellent! Lobster was fresh and tasty and the roll was fresh and not heavy. Met one of the owners and she was friendly and accommodating! Wait was not long but I was there early at 5:30pm and people were starting to come in but the line moved along, they take your order and give you a number card and deliver the food shortly to your table. Seating inside or out. Decor is simple but comfortable and pleasant. Highly Recommend. Great new & “Different “ addition to downtown!! Just a few doors down from Starbucks

    This place is awesome!
Went there around dinner time on Monday evening. Ordered a Connecticut lobster roll and made it a combo and added on a cup of clam chowder. The lobster roll was warm, buttery and soft. Of course the lobster itself was delicious. It was really quite good! The chowder was surprisingly good as well!
We ate at the tables outside and enjoyed the awesome January weather. People that were walking by either asked us how the food is or they've already had it and said how delicious it is.
    The owners were super friendly.
Great meal! If you use the app you can get 10% off weekly. So, without a doubt, we will be back next week!

Great, convenient location both for tourists and locals visiting the courts or downtown area. I almost didn't go because the line reached all the way outside, but I waited a bit and saw that it flowed smoothly. So glad I waited! I mean, it's lobster! I had a Connecticut roll, which is the warm version of the classic. Absolutely delicious. The roll had just the right kiss of butter on it and the lobster was tender (with a nice bit of snap), sweet and plentiful. I thought this would be a one-trick-pony type of place, but the menu has quite a number of different takes on lobster, crab and shrimp. Salads and kids menus too. No, it's not an inexpensive place to eat, but again, it's lobster! I'm going to start driving in the slow lane, clipping coupons and might even cancel Netflix, so that with my savings I can visit Mason's more often. It'll be worth every penny.
