    The food isn't always great but they are usually pretty quick and most of the staff is friendly. The grilled chicken Southwest salad is amazing!

    This McDonald's on Hwy 41 in Ft Myers is very good, clean,and polite staff.

    Staff did a wonderful job of keeping house and making sure everyone was taken care of. They recently installed the new digital ordering stations which greatly decreased time spent waiting to order. Only downfall to this location is that it is near Riverdale high school and gets packed as soon as school gets out (around 1:35). Staff does a great job of making sure the kids don't get to noisy but as we all know, kids will be kids.

    Today this place was wonderful, attentive service, good McDonald's food, well supplied condiment stand. But I've had a lot of two star experiences at this McDonald's. Old food, sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened, random drive through mistakes. Today I raised them a star and if the service continues to be as good, they will continue to get a higher mark. Politeness by the crew goes a long way towards making the experience pleasant, and today the experience was pleasant.
