Love the drive thru lady it would be a dream come true if she was at everyplace I went. Absolutely adorable and always so happy. She's the best.

Got the steak and cheese bagel. Was very good, the bagel was toasted lightly. Which I prefer, you can bite to easily into, the steak was tender with a luscious creamy sauce they call breakfast sauce, it combines so well together. It has a slight buttery garlic taste in the sauce, again I say delicious. And to wash it down with a nice cup of Joe, I do fancy there coffee, it's a medium roast but yet its brewed well, for a fast food chain I cannot complain and the service was fast ,friendly and not sloppy as in everything was wrapped well with napkins and was asked if I needed anything else. Very pleasant.

Food was good, but the wait was way too long for a drive through. I ordered a burger with some fries, a six piece and a Coke. The fries were barely warm.
Went to the pickup window and they tried to hand my ice cream so I told them what my order was.
It's fast food guys, it shouldn't take 13 minutes from the order to pick up.

The service was quick and that is a plus for McDonald's who has a history in Lee County for being too slow. The food is very good and high quality. I tried a new item on the menu. An error was made in its' preparation. I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff who quickly made the correction. While I waited for the proper sandwich two of the staff members who noted I was at the front counter checked back to see if I had been assisted. I appreciate that attention to the customer. Overall it was a good experience even though I had received the wrong sandwich. The staff was professional and attentive and that was most important to me. The staff apologized for the error and quickly corrected the issue. Thank you again McDonald's.
