Passed this and turned around to give it a try after reading reviews and it was fantastic! Great atmosphere, clean, friendly service and delicious! My husband and I ordered the Greek Salad and the catch of the day sandwich. We had the blackened cod with homemade relish and chips. Both were outstanding. Lastly desert was the biggest piece of Key lime pie which was also very tasty. Can’t wait to come back.

Always wonderful. The quiche is outstanding. The staff is a delight, makes you feel right at home. Nothing better than sitting under the tree, enjoying lunch and catching up with friends.

Drove past McGregor Cafe in Fort Myers yesterday, and it looked so inviting that we circled back and went in for lunch. Very glad that we did! It's a funky little place partially hidden from the street by a hedge and beautiful old oak tree, that covers the outdoor seating on the patio. (There is also seating inside for those who prefer a/c to fern covered branches.) Menu was rather extensive, with daily specials and it was hard to make a choice. I had the Special Quiche of the day, served with a tasty salad. Atmosphere is calm and unhurried. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food was DELICIOUS.

I have passed this place for years, always telling myself, I am going to go here. Well, I finally got here. The food and service were... AWESOME! If there was one thing wrong, it was the flies (welcome to outdoor eating in Florida). Just a tip. Try the pennies in a bag of water. . Seriously, this place is a Fort Myers jewel. Good food. Good portions. Excellent service! The Key Lime pie is to kill for.????️
