Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Went here for lunch and it was really good. I was especially thankful for the allergy information they have available for their menu. Every restaurant on Earth should use the Olive Garden model for taking care of customers who have allergies. They have the allergen information listed on-line and in the restaurant they have the menu listed on the table computer that lists the most common allergen ingredients like dairy, egg, gluten, etc. Thank you for providing this information and making it so readily assessable! I would have given you 5 stars had your salad lettuce not been bagged lettuce. The bagged lettuce has a weird taste which ruins your (used to be) delicious salad. Go back to fresh cut lettuce, please!

Our visit was just, OK! You could tell there were some changes to sauces, plate was hot, but oddly the meal was cold ????

Witnessed one busser chewing gum, enough so you could see it! There was hair on a “clean” table and one of the servers had her hair down, she has fairly long hair. In the service industry you’d think it would be a standard that you have your hair tied back.

Our server Emily, However was wonderful! She was quick, efficient and attentive to her tables.

Just a reboot in some service standards might be make a difference.

Took my family here for my mom's birthday. The food was good - typical of most Olive Gardens. The service was also very good. The building was very clean. It was a very pleasant environment. Access to the restaurant was fairly easy as it is in a large shopping center. Our all around experience at this Olive Garden was quite good.

Good service. Food tasted very good! My pasta could have been hotter but not a deal breaker. Waiter was nice and attentive but he did forget our chocolate mints at the end of the meal. So mostly good...some not so good.

The restaurant was clean and inviting. Service was quick and efficient. Our waitress was friendly and we never had to wait for refills. They have a great menu for lunch and we love the endless salad and bread sticks. We ate with our 2 small children and they had their lunch ready in minutes which is awesome.
They have you pay at the table which is convenient, but I feel it is less secured when you pay with a credit card.
Overall it was a good experience and would eat there again.
