Pelican Larry's Raw Bar and Grill

Just misses the mark. Wings mere so-so, tried honey , jerk-blah, and habanero mango. (.50 cents to try an extra sauce. House salad super super tiny. Way too loud,tonight was definitely a college bar scene. I love sports bars, but just don’t feel “it”. Atmosphere is missing something. ..Wall color?? Just something. The redeeming thing was my husbands rice and beans w/chicken-👍.staff was very nice.

Good food. Service was okay; our waiter seemed to be in training and didn’t really know much about the food but this is a newly opened restaurant so that was fine. We’ll visit again.

Great atmosphere & food came out very quick! We had shrimp scampi and a shrimp-dilla. The shrimp in both were plump and a good size but neither one had much taste. How can shrimp scampi be tasteless? I had to request salsa and sour cream for the other. I was hoping for a more sweet spicy taste. Maybe it’s because they just opened. We’ll try again and order something different next time.
