(December 17, 2019, 6:57 pm)I love coming to Pollo Tropical for lunch. The food is delicious and fresh. The prices are unbeatable especially the lunch special. The employees are also nice especially Cathy at the cash register. She makes everybody feel good and always has a smile. All the customers get along with her and she makes customers laugh with her positive attitude and charisma. She also remembers all the orders of regular customers. The music is always uplifting too. If your having a bad day and are hungry, there's nothing better than Pollo Tropical. :)
