Been coming in here since the day they opened and not a thing has changed unfortunately. Place looks great and the food is good but the staff truly do not want to be there. So much so that they make people uncomfortable. I still go because I work in the area, but it would be nice to see a smile once and a while.

Place looks great, staff I'm sure are wonderful people. Never heard the excuse though that the pump was slow because there were too many customers at the pumps. Can anyone verify that? I've been pumping gas for over 40 years and never have I experienced such a slow pump and an excuse to justify that. On top of that no paper at the pump for a printed receipt. Cashier in the store could not print one either. The last time this happened my credit card was compromised at a Racetrac in Georgia.

I've been in fort myers 33yrs always go to race tracs but since i started coming to this one i refuse to go to any other convenience store. Robin is the GM and AMAZING. In fact ALL the staff are wonderful friendly patient. The store is ALWAYS clean food ALWAYS fresh. Even the outside is clean. Great prices. I won't go ANYWHERE else!! If you go here you won't go anywhere else either. A LOT of regular customers
