I have been coming here for the past three years (I go to FGCU). I have never had a issue here EVER. I could give a 5 star review every time I go here. But today in particular (Feb 1 2020 at 4 p.m.) I have experienced the best all around staff unit I have seen in any establishment in a VERY long time. Particularly JONATHON and JULIA who were extremely upbeat and friendly. JONATHON told everyone how they were doing a great job and just was an overall exceptional employee. It was really sweet to see. Thank you!

My home away from home. Always feel like a valued customer. The Employees are Exceptional. This is a very busy place and the manager Valerie really cares about her store and the customers. The employees are consistently busting their buns taking care of customers or scrubbing something. Matt, Mason, John, Mahri, Laurie, Natalie, Kathy and Julia just to name a few make me so happy when I come in. They assist me in all aspects helping me with my ordering and anything else I need. Starbucks has hundreds and hundreds of different drink options and they always are patient with me and answer any questions I have. I absolutely love their free refills on their Starbucks Ice Tea for being a rewards member. They always make my drinks perfect depending on what I need. Thank you so much!!!
