Today is my third times dining at Token Ramen. I brought my Boyfriend here today and he is first time trying the ramen, and we both really enjoy the meal here. The environment is pretty fancy but comfortable, maybe is litter bit pricey but the quality of the job is worth it! I can see the restaurant is under good Management. Cause all the Server and Host all very friendly and professional, food is as good as usual!
Ramen just isn't my favorite food on the planet, so that's the only thing. But that's no one's fault. I do really love the appetizers here! I always get the spring rolls and the ninja chicken. Definitely very authentic ramen and I really love the atmosphere of the place. The servers have all been great.
This is my favorite ramen in Fort Myers, it is authentic, tasty, and with a cozy neighborhood shop ambience that you'll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in the city. If you're not in the mood for soup, their appetizers and rice bowls hold their own against the excellent ramen. If you are getting the ramen be sure to get an extra seasoned egg or two as they're always done just right. All in all it's a wonderful place and they're vegan friendly as well!
We loved our first time here. Food was delicious and made with top ingredients... So you bet its was not overspiced with off the chart enhancers like soy sauce and fish sauce. Everything had the right balance to it.
I tried the chicken broth grilles beef ramen. The broth was thick and creamy, tasted like.. Well chicken. The grilled beef was tender, had grilled marks and charred taste as you would expect from a grilled beef.
My wife had the chicken broth korean beef ramen. It was spot on.... I regret not ordering that and will do so next time. That had the right amount of peppery kick with a reddish sauce.
Kids enjoyed the vegetables spring rolls and chicken tenders served sliced on a bed of greens.
Staff was attentive, welcoming and warm. Our server was a young lad, who seemed like a hospitality pro. You can tell management provides good training as well as creating the right culture. Will definitely return for more.
This place was such a nice treat! Bailey was our kind server and they were cheerful, attentive, and ready to answer any questions we had about the food! I personally had the Takoyaki and fried shrimp appetizers and they were incredible! One of the best things is that this lovely restaurant is right across from Kung Fu Tea; so getting a sweet treat right after is fun too! Seriously cannot wait to go back. Thanks, Bailey! (:
