It is very clean. Fries could be cooked a little more

I live close by so I'm somewhat of a regular—the staff is always super friendly and Bradley is a stand out among stand outs. There's no doubt that he cares about his customers' experience, it makes me feel good about returning, and quick to forgive if there was ever a mix up with my order (which there hasn't been). The world needs more Bradleys.

It's not really fast, fries were old - half were burnt and others limp with grease and too much salt.
Whoever built my single with cheese missed the burger builder chapter on how to build a burger, the toppings were falling off the side with condiments piled on.
Window staff did well with taking and delivery of the order and was nice.
Maybe management needs to encourage the staff to do well and have fun, and offer some better wages as part of the encouragement. I'll avoid it for a few months and give another shot.
