I work next door and have had the privilege to spend alot of time with the owners of this restaurant they are amazing people and there food is even better. Always treated with respect and have not once have i left disappointed. 10/10.

The pride of ownership shows brightly in this little gem. With a friendly staff, large portions, and excellent prices it’s easy to put this place at the top of our list for Japanese cuisine and sushi. ????????????????

Amazing food, efficient service, and friendly staff! I enjoyed it so much, I went back the following night. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and also efficient. I only ordered take out but for the very short time I was there, it felt I was surrounded by family. It was busy during the time I placed my order but I only waited on my food for maybe 8 minutes. Not only are the prices half of what I would usually pay for hibachi food but the food was excellent and the service is fast! That’s saying a lot being I am a picky eater. I enjoyed my experience at Hibachi of Japan so much, I made a point to write this review. It really was a great experience all around. Thanks to the staff for their hard work!

Food: The food was great, the white sauce and mustard ginger were excellent versions of what they are. I had the Hibachi Chicken and my wife had a medium steak bowl. While great, we both had gastrointestinal issues after eating at this place. I write this review from the toilet where I have made my home for the last hour.

Price: The price was good. Average for this type of cuisine. The price to quality ratio errs on the side of food quality.

Not the best food I've ever had, but definitely better than fast food quality Japanese restaurants that charge equal or more.

A very pleasant surprise!Wow! Best sushi I've had in forever.. And the steak bowl was incredible.. Charred veggies and tender steak.. You somehow elevated something as simple as a spicy tuna roll.. Truly the best one I've ever had.. The texture, freshness, mouth feel, everything was just at a higher standard. Can't believe this place is just in a strip mall.. I'd order online and think it came from a Manhattan locale. Bravo
