Hands down some of the best food you will eat in your life ! Make sure to try the all sauces .
This place is a hidden treasure. My wife and I finally stopped in and tried it. The food is off the charts. The flavors and combinations cannot be described in words. If you haven't tried this food truck yet, I suggest you try it asap. The Cachapa was excellent, I had steak on mine but you can do chicken, beef, chorizo or just cheese. Excellent food, fair prices! Can't wait to try other menu items next time.
I have no experience with Venezuelan food, so this comes honest from a first timer. It was excellent. The food was all great, the beef wasn't some cheap ground stuff but chunks of beef. The sauce whatever it was, complicated the sandwiches we had perfectly. It was messy, but the best things are. Arguably the only thing that was just average is the fries, while by no means bad they are you basic steak fries. But the sandwiches were fantastic.
The gentlemen who worked there was quite friendly, and patient with my inability to pronounce anything I ordered close to correctly. I didn't eat there, I was to go, but the seating area is well lit, clean and welcoming. If I had one bit of advice it would be too have some marking for the entrance to the parking area for night, it's easy to miss (the actual area is very well lit but the turn ins were hard to see)
100% recommend you try this place, the plantain burger was incredible.
If you haven't gone here for food yet, please do immediately. Amazing burgers with a perfect addition of an egg, their wraps are to die for, too... And before I bit my first bite ever, I obviously did a fry check. They 100% passed on that. It's very cute little area, too. It has pretty lighting and a few wooden picnic tables behind the truck. It's a great place to go!
If you want authentic Venezuelan street food, you must come here, you'll feel at home. 100% recommended
