The Jac Island Restaurant

The Jac was such an amazing experience. My wife and I order the filet mignon and it was absolutely perfect! To top it off, they had the best key lime tart I've ever had. It is definitely a bit pricey, but absolutely worth the trip and I'd recommend it to anyone that's interested!

My husband Russ and I love to come to the island. We used to love the previous Jacaranda, so we wanted to see what the new place was like. We can definitively say The Jac is one of our favorite places in the Island now. The food was exquisite!!! The seafood risotto was out of this world. Sea scallops, crab meat, mussels and shrimp. A seafood lover's delight. The shrimp and scallops fettuccine was also delicious. Server Shaun was very nice. Congratulations to the chef. Beautiful place also. Understated elegance with upscale food. New favorite place!!!!

Great atmosphere.
The bar staff was awesome. Love the remodel. Had lots of the appetizers. Our favs were the wings and the Spicy shrimp.
Our only negative would be the portions size.

Great place with excellent happy hour appetizers. The decor was a fresh yet rustic, beachy vibe. The atmosphere was okay. The food was the star. We ordered Conch Fritter
and Cheese Fry appetizers. Both were great. The fritters were probably the best I have ever had, perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside with tender conch. For dinner we had a Cilantro Lime Chicken Salad and Mandarin Rum Chicken. The salad was wonderful after a long, hot day on the beach. It had huge flavor in large portions. The Mandarin Chicken was delicious. The chicken was expertly cooked in an awesome sauce with crisp, fresh vegetables. Our server was great. The only negative was a slower service with few patrons in house.
