Absolutely delicious!! This place has fantastic food; it’s a must try! I definitely recommend their falafels, the Iskender, and the lamb kabab.
The restaurant has a small interior and the food takes a bit to prepare and cook - because it’s made hot and fresh! Everything is full of flavor and has an authentic taste. The service is great and the employees have been friendly.
I don’t believe this place has a drink fountain and they mostly sell bottled drinks!
Very friendly crew! The food tastes great and it is authentic. They have a good selection of appetizers and main courses. Parking gets tight around lunch but usually parking is available. Prices are very fair and the food is good quality. They have many options for drinks. They do pick up orders so you can call, order and pick up.
I've been curious to try this place for a little while after seeing a few posts. There wasn't much available info online though, so we waited a little longer until they had been open a bit more. We came after Sunday church, and it was pretty empty. I got the lamb Adonis plate (I think that's what it was called?), and my husband got the chicken version. The plates of rice and fries were for our small children to share, and they loved that. The food was good, but not quite amazing. There aren't many Mediterranean/Greek places on this side of town though, so this has potential when I'm craving that sort of food. I want to try the gyro next time.
One of the best Turkish places I have had outside of Turkey! I went here for dinner and had the Chicken Kebab, it was served with rice humus and a side of lettuce and onions. The chicken was nice and juicy and the rice was perfectly made. The humus and pita bread on the side was a bonus! When you go out you have to have dessert so I tried different types of baklavas, I had the assortment baklava dessert pack and loved it so much I took 2 more packs to go! They also have a mini Turkish market inside the restaurant that has some Turkish products which was very interesting. Overall this is a very good family run business. The family that works here was both very welcoming and professional. The food tasted very good and fresh. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Amazing food. My boyfriend and I like to try new foods from different countries so we had to try 64 tally for Turkish food. My classmate who is an exchange student from Turkey recommended them, saying the food was delish. We went with her recommendation for the Iskender and lamb kebab. Yogurt and meat may sound odd, but I promise you it’s not like American yogurt. It’s a wonderful balance and really recommend it.
We also got a appetizer of Kibbeh (excuse any misspelling, going off memory). We also tried the Turkish soda and coffee, which they serve with a Turkish delight. The soda was so tasty we got a 6 pack to go. They have Turkish groceries available too.
We definitely will return a few more times before I leave Tallahassee.
