(December 22, 2022, 2:28 am)Joy Luck place is top tier Tallahassee Chinese! They have my favorite filling for dumplings in town. The General Tso’s chicken is made with real chicken. They get the balance of breading and sauce just right! The lunch special is a pretty good deal with good value. If you haven’t tried Joy Luck Place and like Chinese food, you need to try it! Shoutout to my buddy Phil for going with me!
