Outback Steakhouse

I AM SO IMPRESSED! I received amazing service tonight from Alexx. Not only was she the sweetest ~EVER~ she took amazing care of us! We were in and out of the restaurant within 45 minutes appetizers piping hot and all. I noticed all around me employees and staff were running food / drinks/ apps/ and desserts. Staff was on top of it, and super kind as well. Overall a wonderful experience tonight! Outback on Raymond Diehl knows how to do Saturday nights right. Thank you guys! after a long work week myself coming here to relax was just what I needed.

Outback is one of my go to places. The food is always great but at this location, the past two times I went the service was lacking. The first time the waitress didn’t know what kind of cheese they had for burgers... and the second we did not get utensils until about five minutes after our food arrived. For food - I recommend the 6 oz sirloin with grilled shrimp. The house salad with tangy tomato dressing is one of my favorite house salads in the area. Their cocktails are also good, only being $6!

Excellent chain for steaks and more... I would expect nothing less at the Outback Steakhouse. I was dining with my sister, and as we prepared to leave we were told a table nearby had paid our check before they left. I am proud retired military and often wear a hat or Insignia honoring my service. I am certain that the two couples at that nearby table are active-duty families. So I would like to thank them for their mutual respect and generosity. American soldiers are like that.

The hostess cleaned our table thoroughly before seating us. Jordan was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. When she came to check on us she brought two extra waters without us even having to ask. She was very kind and made our experience extremely pleasant

The food was amazing, great hospitality, as well as customer service. Drinks were delicious, the blooming onion was bloomtastic, it had me crying BIG SALTY TEARS OF JOY! Christian (kinda funny because my name is christian) was an excellent server, he was telling my wife and I funny jokes as well as brain teasing riddles. The management crew was doing an excellent job with displaying team work makes the dream work. I could even hear one of the managers in the back yell “GO TEAM!”
