Pancho's Mexican Grill

Probably one of the better Mexican restaurants in Tallahassee area. The reason for the low score is how employees off the clock act so important. Bringing pets to the kitchen, just at the doorway, though there is no door. Allowing off the clock employees go into the kitchen to help themselves to margaritas and serve some of their own food.

We went here for the first time yesterday for lunch and we tried their taco salad bowl. And it was so delicious and the service was great as well we will definitely come back again🙂

After living here in Tally for 5 years I was finally able to come to this restaurant, I came on a Thursday for lunch since I was nearby and decided to visit it, the young woman who welcomed me was friendly and helpful, the food was very good and I really had a Really very pleasant experience.
I will have to go back and try more dishes on the menu and some of their drinks. The decor and atmosphere are very nice.
Definitely worth trying another Mexican food option in town.

Overall I think the food was ok. I had the city tacos with chicken. The salsa was average. Our server Nick was working the dining room by himself and was a bit overwhelmed, but he took good care of us and was very polite and helpful.

The food was amazing. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the afternoon sunset and post-rain cool air. The waitress was kind and efficient in answering all of our questions. Highly recommend!!
