Playa Bowls

I love this place! Best bowls in Tallahassee. I’ve been around 7 times in two weeks. The only thing I would say could improve is the ambiance. The place is super cute and I would be encouraged to stay and eat my bowl if there was light music or something. But other than that I love it!

UPDATE: I came here again after a few months of not going for a while and two of the employees were not wearing gloves while cutting fruits and making bowls. YUCK! Especially with food like fruit, that should be a bare minimum expectation.

I’m low a key a regular. My alternative for breakfast and natural juices. Mermaid fuel as a juice is my go to and when it comes to the bowls I usually rock with the pacific or Hemp bowl.

The place was awesome. The woman assisting us was super nice and let us try out a bunch of samples of the base to see which ones we’d like. We got the Nutelloco bowl and it was super good. They give you a really good portion and it fills you up really well. It’s good to share if you are getting for a desert. They have options for protein and are lactose friendly as well. The place was super clean and really fresh. Loved the vibe in the place

This place was really good. I think what makes this place stand out is the different type of bases they have for the bowls. I was extremely impressed with this place. It is expensive though.

This was my second time here and It was still amazing. 🙌🏽 I ordered the 16oz pumpkin pie smoothie which was perfect for after a workout, but next time I’ll probably size up. It is pricey but most açaí places are.

Guy at the front counter was amazing! Professional, kind, good energy and positive vibes! Very polite and very patient with me! I wish I got his name! Mango Glow Bowl tastes amazing! I’m hooked! Please have some patience with the crew, they are all friendly and make everything to order!
