Sweet Pea Cafe

I've been dreaming of going back to this place for 6 years. I stopped in while on a road trip and it was some of the best food I had the entire time. Staff was friendly and attentive. Can't wait to return!

Just passing through but this casual vegan joint was a welcome beacon after trying to avoid animal products in Texas the past 10 days. The Tofu Fueros and the burger were scrumptious. Great classic brownie, plus they have gluten free brownies as well. Lots of main options, including a daily special, sandwiches, pastries, coffees and teas. Just a couple miles or so off I-10 but so worth the delicious fork in the road!

I’ve always had great food and service at Sweet Pea! The employees, especially the girls who are usually at the cash register, have always been exceptionally friendly and respectful, even when there’s a huge rush! Let’s remember that working in a busy and popular restaurant is not always easy, and we should keep our advice for people just trying to do their job and serve us food to ourselves.
