The Social Vegan

Came here with my husband while visiting Tallahassee from Atlanta. The oyster mushrooms are the best ones I have EVER had. The batter is amazing - a little spicy/peppery and perfectly crispy, while not being too heavy. Tasted so much like fried chicken. I wish I could pick this place up and take it home to Atlanta! We will definitely be back.

We went there today for the first time. Delicious food. A local family Black Owned Business. A little high price wise. You walk in order the food and pay then. Then you have to go back to the counter when your food is ready and get your food. They do not bring the food to your table. But the food was great

I love patronizing local eatery's and found this little gem. I had the humus veggie wrap (small portion) and my friend had the black bean burger. Both of us agreed the food and service was worth paying a little more for. And it's good to support our community instead of corporate dining!!

I had the virgin pina colada icee and the vegan tacos. The icee was refreshing, very pineapple forward. I didn’t realize the tacos would have a crunchy shell, which isn’t my preference. I would try another item on my next visit.

My husband and I decided to try this place out, kind you, neither of us are vegan. However, after eating it, we’ve visited several more times. The food is amazing, the customer service is top notch and the atmosphere has great potential. They have a really large indoor seating area and space that looks like they may use it for live music/dancing. They also have a really nice outdoor seating area. I didn’t really care for any of the frozen drinks, but the burgers and the loaded nacho fries are spectacular.
