Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First off, we all know Zaxby’s is amazing. This location happens to be the best in Tallahassee. We’ll legit take an extra 15 minutes, drive past a different Zaxby’s, and go to this one instead. Great service and the food seems to always be a little more fresh.

The service and food were great. It is a very clean resyraunt. My only complaint is that the floors were extremely slick and my mother in law almost fell because of it.

What is the point in having pickup as an option if you can’t even come inside to get it?? This happened to me about 6 weeks ago and I figured by now this wouldn’t be the case. I work next door and can’t wait in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes just to pick up something I’ve already ordered and paid for. Truly inconvenient and makes absolutely zero sense.

It's always great to see employees at their best. When we visited the young lady who took our order at the drive through, was well spoken, polite, thorough and happy to be there. When we got to the window, the order was precise, complete with the customizations. The person who took our payment and passed us our food was also polite and professional. Kudos to the whole team, and the management that brought them together.
