While visiting in Williston, we happened upon ‘That One Place’ and were very pleasantly surprised. The quality of food and service were top notch, while the prices were very reasonable. Our server, Mark, was very informative and helpful. Don’t miss out on dessert-we tried the blue berry pound cake and flan and both were great!
What a great place. My sister and brother in law took us here for dinner. The menu was small but had a great choices. These are home made meals not commercial garbage. The food was prepared perfectly with excellent spices. I tried a combination of meats and the skirt steak was amazing. Don’t expect hamburgers and fries. Expect reasonably priced meats and fresh local potatoes or rice or vegetables instead. Salad was small but delightfully prepared with a very nice dressing. There is always a vegetarian choice as well. Desserts were outstanding and reasonably priced. Owners were very nice and table service was great. Get there daily menu (which can change) online or call them. Can’t wait to go back.
Was visiting Devils den and stopped here for dinner and it was fantastic! The food was delicious from the bread they bring to the entree and the homemade creative desserts (dessert was so good, we actually took an extra slice of the pie cake home). I’m already bugging my boyfriend about coming back for one of her 5 course themed dinners (despite living over 2 hours away) I highly recommend this beautiful little place, the menu is always switched up and the chef clearly puts heart into the wonderful food
Filet Mignon, carefully aged and cooked to perfection with minimal seasonings with an abundance of flavor. That was my surprise when I borrowed a retired patrol car from the airport and searched out this treasure spot! I’ve heard about “That One Place” in Williston for a couple of months now but just never had a flight schedule that allowed for dinner.
Williston is a small and certainly difficult market for high quality dining. I know this family owned business has tried a couple of things to make their mark in this tiny Southern town and by golly, I think they’ve got it. Open only for dinner (4p-8p), you gotta try it if for nothing else but the presentation of the meal. They also have quite the menu of family size casseroles and other offerings you can pre-order. They make each casserole fresh for your pickup so you can cook at home for the family or large gathering. I almost forgot the homemade desserts. There is nothing traditional about their treats! OMG-who thought of putting Apple Pie inside a cake-AMAZING. Bravooooo Chef!
