I really enjoyed this cafe. Great food, great coffee, fun vibe, eclectric atmosphere (interesting). It may be crowded at times (because it's good) but it moves fast and there's always somewhere to sit if you don't mind sharing a table which to me was half the fun - meeting new people. Order up front and find table. Just go, you'll enjoy it!
What a crazy place! The breakfast is just great. But the kicker is the kooky environment. This is an old grocery store with a decor that is indescribable. Americana mashed up with funky antique store wrapped around a top notch, imaginative menu is a start, but still falls short. You have to see it to believe it.
I just love Ginny's & Janie's. The employees. The Management. The experience is so very enjoyable and the eats are top shelf and the draft beer is quite a deal. Its fits into Anna Maria Island and her beauty perfectly. Thanks all, thanks Amanda. "I'll be back"
This place is a nice little surprise. It's half gift shop and half cafe. We went on New Year's Day and it was quite busy. The line wrapped half way around the restaurant and we had to easily wait 15 minutes or more just to order. The food came fairly fast considering though. We tried a variety of breakfast items including scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and the pancakes. People really likes the pancakes and the bacon wasn't bad either.
The prices are very reasonable (if not cheap). You can get a lot of food for your money.
If you come here, don't be one of those people that sits down and takes a table before you have ordered. That's bad form and just causes shortages on tables for everyone.
This is a cute not-so-little cafe with lots of food options, drink options and unique seating around for groups of all sizes. They also have products from local artists including lotions, ornaments and actual art pieces. It's charming and adorable.
They don't get five stars simply because the kitchen is too slow. I understand they get busy but some items (like a plain bagel) can be prepared much quicker. The restrooms are individual rooms but there are only two, which is challenging when it's packed.
