Island Time Bar and Grill

Great location. Food is okay. Bands vary. Atmosphere is fun. I recommend a seat at the bar or am outside table.

Their live band "Greg Short Band" was a pleasant surprise, perfect at the end of the day. Their new menu hit today, we tried their Fried Green Tomatoes, they were a delicious delight of blue cheese with a balsamic drizzle. The Holiday Salad was refreshingly sweet and light. The Peel and Eat Shrimp tasted fresh and was more than we could finish. The kids had macaroni and cheese with fries (they could have had fruit) served on a souvenir frisbee. They loved it and my daughter even asked for seconds. We will be back!

Really good server, wings and cobb salad were pretty good. The Nachos, I would recommend passing on. It is a huge order, lots of toppings BUT because of all of the moisture in the chili, which is really good, the chips quickly became soggy and it was no longer nachos but a mess. My grandson, who ordered then only ate about 1/3 then said it was to gross to eat because of the chips going soggy. They got the flavors there, kitchen just needs to plate them appropriately. We're still going back, just no nachos in our future.

Island Time Bar and Grill has some of the best food, fish and meats, at reasonable prices, always busy, but when your seated the service and the food doesn't take long. Regular live music, with entertainment from experienced musicians, great choice of drinks too.

The upstairs single seat Mens restroom ???? is a bit small for the amount of people this place can easily cater for. Don't know about the Lady's or wheelchair access Maybe there's another but I didn't see it.
Definitely worth a look when your in the Bradenton Beach area. ????????
