Dunkin'

Stopped on the way driving North on the interstate. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Even after 6pm my donuts were still fresh and coffee was made just how I had asked. Very clean too! Just wish it was easier to see from the road. I drove an extra mile west because it is hard to spot.

This dd is absolutely with a doubt perfect in every way. Staff is friendly n very very nice. You don't wait forever when in the drive thru lane.

I really wish I could love this Dunkin Donuts. Their food is always really good, and I love their iced coffee. However, their employees are not great, to say the least. The last straw was a few days ago.
It was raining so I went through the drive through after having placed a mobile order on their app (one latte). I waited for 3 or 4 minutes at the menu board with the window down before anyone greeted me, and all I was doing was picking up the mobile order. He told me to drive up to the window and they'd have it ready for me. I waited for 5-10 minutes behind the car in front of me, and by the time I got up to the window, it still wasn't ready. In fact, they hadn't even started it, and had forgotten that I was picking it up. Instead he tried to charge me for the order of the car behind me. I explained that wasn't mine and was told to pull up. While I was at the window I could clearly see that several employees were sitting down chatting while one other did all the work. Because of this, I was understandably annoyed when I had to wait another 5-7 minutes for my drink. All the employee said was "Sorry for the wait" and I realized that I am never going through that drive through again. It shouldn't have taken 15-20 minutes for one latte, especially since I placed the order ahead of time.
Additionally, this is not the first time they've misplaced mobile orders. The difference in the past is that the employees were busy, and when they apologized for losing them, they sounded genuine.

I go to this store everyday to get my daily coffee. The staff are so friendly. There have been some changes in people and managers but they are good. They are always smiling. The guy Anthony always gets my ice coffee correct. I frequent this place everyday. Thank you for the positive changes.
