Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went here during my lunch break, we had called in a fairly large order as I was picking up food for coworkers as well. Upon arrival and receiving the food I find out they completely forgot a whole burger order I had. I wait as they try to figure out the situation so I grab a fry to snack on from my order to find them cold. I check the food and it all felt cold except for one pasta meal. The manager paid for the one burger order and offered no other solution to the cold food I, and my other co workers received. I understand places get busy and honestly the money was no situation, it’s the fact I wanted a good hot lunch as well as my workers and that was not provided.

The customer service was stank. She wanted to put us at a small table to hit other customers back to back. Area was too small asked for a bigger spot. After a few minutes we got the table we wanted. Our waitress was awesome. Very nice and attentive.

Food was hot, fresh & delish. Service was excellent. 2 for 1 deal on mixed drinks on Saturdays. I enjoyed 2 Rum Runners made perfectly. The wait for a table for 7 was not bad, maybe 15 minutes and they were busy. 5 stars!

Me & my husband went here for our anniversary 2 nights ago after 10 pm (for half price apps)... The server forgot to discount us at all, so thank god we noticed.. But she still overcharged us because she had already taken our money and couldn't fix it. Then we were not informed our drinks were 2 for 1.. Which would've been good to know.when we called the manager next day to explain this experience was WAY LESS than what we expected from Applebee's and that this was a special night.. He basically didn't have much to say. Dissappointed.

Update: we have come back several times and love it here now. They have monthly drink specials for a $1 that are great, not to mention half price apps after 10 pm... we come here often!
