Restaurant Edelweiss

We had lunch at Edelweiss yesterday. We ordered bratwurst, wiener snitzel, and BLT sandwiches. The food was seasoned well, cooked perfectly and the portions were just perfect. My only reason for not giving it five stars was that they ran out of German potato salad.

At Edelwiess my wife and I had incredible German cuisine. The tap beer and wine selection was excellent. Hunter schnitzel and bratwurst with potato pancakes were off the charts. Generous amount of caraway seeds in the sauerkraut made it delicious. Topped off with the best apple strudel I have had in years. Server Cori and Chef Chris were excellent. A+

So apparently this place has been here for 7 years and I feel like I have missed out. This has been the best experience I have had in a long time. Food was phenomenal, staff were wonderful. Overall great experience. Loved it. Will for sure be back and recommend.

Was visiting a family friend who lives close by Edelweiss. Found this lace on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. Glad we did as we now have a great place to go to eat authentic German food. We will definitely be back next time we visit area. Thank you Cori for your patience with us old people and being a wonderful server. Hope you trip to Iceland goes great and you can tell us all about it next time we come back for lunch.

Great German food and local. We've been several times and haven't been disappointed. So hard to decide what to get cause everything is so good but i love the sausage platter and the hunter schnitzel. My wife loves the pork shoulder and the goulash soup. Warm berry dessert is awesome.
