    I've worked in a lot of kitchens in bradenton, but this is one of the cleanest I've experienced, these people take great pride in their jobs, its finally nice to see that here. Food is delicious, suggest trying their cold sake. Overall a wonderful experience.

    Nice atmosphere and wait staff. Food was very good but seems like it was better the last time I was there a month or so ago.

    What a place. Terrific service, ambience and decor as well as excellent Ramen. A true first in the county. Get the Calamari and the Tonkatsu. You can thank me later.

    I might give this restaurant another star if I had something to compare it to. I liked the veg. gyoza and the mango & avocado salad. Will definitely go back.

    If you really want to treat yourself, try the lobster ramen! All the others are amazing as well. So much flavor and generous servings. The appetizers are also wonderful. The fried dumplings are like no other.
