Long John Silver's

Service was fantastic. The food was ok. I could tell the fish and shrimp had been cooked previously and not when ordered. The portion of fries was pretty chintzy. I love LJS and wasn't a horrible experience. Good service goes far with me, and we got it.

It's what you'd expect from a LJS. It's one of my guilty pleasures. The food is obviously not top tier, but the fish is consistent and I enjoy it. The shrimp is way overdone and rubbery, but that's what I get for ordering shrimp from LJS!

This fast food restaurant is a combo of Taco Bell and Long John Silvers. The best LJS restaurant was located in Pt Charlotte (family owned and managed) but they closed down about 5 years ago- -sadly, some kind of business trouble. So, we searched and found this one. The service varies, depending on the attentiveness of the manager and its workers. Probably explains why the place is empty of customers most times. This time the service was good, the girl up front was attentive, and everything tasted great. It was fresh and hot, and the wait wasn't too long. I ordered the Fish and Shrimp Platter and was quite pleased. The only thing I noticed was that the portion size on the french fries and coke slaw have shrunk... and the prices seem to keep going up.
